Seat Checks

The Pennsylvania State Police will sponsor a child safety seat check point on Feb. 17.

Goal of the campaign is to increase safety belt/child safety seat use rates throughout the Commonwealth. The check point will be held Feb. 17 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the PA State Police Barracks in Coudersport.

Bring your child safety seat, vehicle manual and child safety seat instructions. The car manual is recommended but not required. The check should take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per seat. If you need information, call the State Police Barracks at 814-274-8690.
